- If the mall closes, the school will be closed as well.

- If a student cannot make it to a lesson/class that week, please give us a notice at least 24 hours in advance.

- If a student cannot make it to a lesson/class that week, the teacher will create a video lesson to be sent to the student to make up for the missed lesson. The student can then watch, pause, and rewind the video as needed to be prepared for their lesson the following week. (Please note that students reserve a weekly lesson/class spot. Even if a student cannot show up, the teacher will still be there for his/her job weekly, so it is important to attend classes regularly).

- If a teacher cannot make it to a lesson/class that week, the teacher will offer a make up lesson at a different time. No video lesson will be created.

- In the event of a closing/cancellation due to the weather, the lesson/class will be given online via Zoom. We will announce this via email, phone, and post it to our Facebook Page.

- The registration fee and tuition fees are non refundable. However, you may transfer these to friends/family/other students if you cannot continue lessons/classes if desired.

- Tuition is due on the 10th of each month. A $25 late fee will be charged for each lesson had after the 15th of the month until tuition is paid. (We recommend avoiding this by paying the tuition on the 1st of each month, or on the first lesson of each month).

- We do our best to start and end each lesson on time. However, things do not always go perfectly as planned. If a lesson/class before yours is running late, we ask that you please give us a 5 minute buffer to wrap up and get ready for the next lesson/class. We assure that every student will receive the correct lesson length (30/45/50/60 minutes).
